Registration & Instructions for Participants
If you wish to participate in this RFP process, please follow instructions:
Prior to download:
Email the Windsor Symphony Orchestra via email prior to downloading the RFP documents. Your email will require the following information:
a) Company Name
b) Full mailing address
c) Contact name
d) Phone number
e) Fax number
f) Email address
Please note: both documents must be downloaded.
Proposal submission:
• Proposals should not exceed 50 pages.
• Please submit six (6) black and white copies of your proposal in a sealed envelope with the above registration information clearly marked on the exterior of the envelope. If using multiple envelopes, please make sure registration information is on each envelope and number the envelopes (1 of 3, 2 of 3, and so on).
